Raffaele is currently a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery student at the University of Auckland, entering the program through the Biomedical first year pathway with a 9.0 GPA for the core papers.
He was the Service prefect at Scots College, Wellington, and participated actively as a mentor in the college's mentoring program.
He competed in sailing and debating, to which he won the Wellington Premier A Debating finals.
Raffaele completed the IB Diploma in high school achieving a 41 out of 45, receiving a New Zealand IB Top Scholar Award. He also achieved IB Proxime Accessit for his school.
In his spare time Raffaele enjoys fishing, animation and learning history.
